Unbelievable... Brayden is 1 year old! After having to cancel his original party due to the chicken pox, we finally had his 1 year birthday party at our house. I was so thankful that most people came, despite Hurricane Ike trying to ruin the day too! We missed those who couldn't make it though. As you can see we had LOTS of help opening presents from cousins and siblings. And Brayden wasn't so sure about his cake, or cupcake, I had in front of him. Poor baby had been deprived of sugar until then... he didn't know what to do with it! After a small taste, he was hooked. How can one not be? We had fun, even though we had to stay inside. Thank you to Kent for an incredible 1 yr. video celebrating Brayden's first year, which I hope to post very soon. Happy Birthday "Braydso"!! (... as big bro Brooks calls him, and don't you dare call him that b/c that is HIS name for him! :)
