I wanted to let all know that we are in the TOP 5 of families on the wait list!!! This means (we believe) that we are SO close to receiving a referral!! The "referral" is the agency's recommendation or referral of a child for us to adopt... her picture, name, medical history, her story, etc. Eek! We are praying it is very soon, but trusting God and HIS timing no matter what the future holds!
Also, Ethiopia's courts are closed right now until the beginning of October, but referrals will still be issued during this time. Although, court dates will not be issued.
For you have need of steadfast patience and endurance, so that you may perform and fully accomplish the will of God, and thus receive and carry away [and enjoy to the full] what is promised.
