What a fun time we had this first go round of baseball season! Brooks really improved, along with all the players. Most of them had a good time, despite the fact that we lost most games... shhh... ;) Coach Mike tried not to make a big deal of the score, but also tried to teach them good sportsmanship at the same time... win or lose. Brooks had some really great hits toward the end of the season and was SO close to making it home SO many times!! Some cute moments... Brooks getting out 2 x back to back b/c he was standing right next to the base, not ON the base!! I think there should be a few grace moments since they are 5 and 6. ;) Also, he carried the bat to first base a few times too! LOVE it! Here are some fun pics of our little baseball player.
